Trade and Investment Queensland is the Queensland Government’s dedicated global business agency, with representation in 16 countries, across 21 locations. Internationally led by 12 Trade and Investment Commissioners covering seven regions around the world.

TIQ help Queensland companies access international markets, establish and grow their export business while also facilitating foreign investments in the state.

Queensland is positioned at the crossroads of the Asia Pacific, close to the world’s largest growth markets and a strong advantage as an investment destination.

Queensland is also the driving force behind export growth in Australia, with total merchandise exports accounting for about one-fifth of the nation’s total.
