Sionic AI Stand: R104

Infosys, led by CEO Tak Jeong-su, has announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AI specialist SionicAI, headed by CEO Ko Seok-hyun, to collaborate on discovering and enhancing AI service models. The partnership will focus on targeting the knowledge graph and large-scale artificial intelligence markets.

The MOU outlines five key areas of collaboration:

  1. Establishing a cooperative network in the field of artificial intelligence.
  2. Exchanging information related to AI industries both domestically and internationally, including education and technical advisory.
  3. Coordinating efforts on AI projects for financial institutions, general enterprises, and public organizations.
  4. Sharing solutions and the latest technologies, including graph databases, knowledge graphs, prompting, and large language models (LLMs).
  5. Collaborating in areas necessary for mutual advancement in big data and AI.

The two companies plan to integrate Infosys's graph data analysis solution, 'InfoCruise,' with SionicAI’s customized generative AI technologies to deliver enhanced value to customers. By combining large language model (LLM) technology and knowledge graph technology, they aim to provide tailored generative AI services that meet specific business needs.

Tak Jeong-su, CEO of Infosys, stated, “This year, we have demonstrated applications of graph data technology in smart search systems and big data graph analysis systems for financial and general enterprises. By combining Infosys’s expertise in knowledge graphs and graph data analysis with SionicAI’s LLM and related technologies, we aim to enhance the accuracy of generative AI and provide greater value to our customers.”

Ko Seok-hyun, CEO of SionicAI, commented, “We anticipate significant synergy from our collaboration with Infosys, which has a broad network and diverse business expertise in the B2B sector. SionicAI offers solutions for optimizing and managing generative AI for businesses. We are committed to turning this partnership into a long-term collaboration that delivers substantial value to our customers.”

Additionally, Infosys is preparing to file a patent for a knowledge graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology aimed at improving LLM accuracy.
